The due date for works delivery is 30 june 2023.
The participation to the competition is open to everyone: Authors and Publishers. Each participant can join multiple sections.
The projects must be sent under separate cover to the following address: Association “Arcanum et Fregellae” Piazza Umberto I° n. 21- 03032 ARCE (FR).
The unpublished poetry both in Italian and the Peace poetry can be sent by e – mail to: info@premiocittadiarce.com. One copy in digital format with attached the registration form.
The participation fee is € 20,00 for each section and must be sent at: Associazione ” Arcanum et Fregellae”, Piazza Umberto I° n. 21 – 03032 ARCE (FR), in cash or by check, with the application form filled in and signed, or by bank transfer to: Associazione “Arcanum et Fregellae” Piazza Umberto I° n. 21 – 03032 ARCE ( FR ) to the Banca Popolare del Cassinate to the following IBAN : IT 07w0537274310000011004923.
The winners will be called by phone or email and they have to attend the award ceremony, otherwise the prizes will not be awarded and will be retained for the next edition. The name of the winners will be announced on the day of the award. For the sections “unpublished poems”, “Peace poetry” and “short tale” the author declares that the works with which participates at the award are unpublished and production of his own genius. The material received will not be returned in any case. For foreign authors there is a free stay.
Prizes
The award ceremony will take place at Arce, on 1 october 2024 at the Council Room o XV Comunità Montana with the presence of municipal and provincial Authorities. The winning poems will be read by Prof. Amedeo of Sora, director of the Theatre Appeso of Frosinone.
