The due date for works delivery is 2th may 2018.
The participation to the competition is open to everyone: Authors and Publishers. Each participant can join multiple sections.
The projects must be sent under separate cover to the following address: Association “Arcanum et Fregellae” Piazza Umberto I° n. 21- 03032 ARCE (FR).
The unpublished poetry both in Italian and the Peace poetry can be sent by e – mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org. One copy in digital format with attached the registration form.
The participation fee is € 20,00 for each section and must be sent at: Associazione ” Arcanum et Fregellae”, Piazza Umberto I° n. 21 – 03032 ARCE (FR), in cash or by check, with the application form filled in and signed, or by bank transfer to: Associazione “Arcanum et Fregellae” Piazza Umberto I° n. 21 – 03032 ARCE ( FR ) to the Banca Popolare del Cassinate to the following IBAN : IT 07w0537274310000011004923.
The winners will be called by phone or email and they have to attend the award ceremony, otherwise the prizes will not be awarded and will be retained for the next edition. We are providing to create an anthology of the prize with the best works in competition for the sections “unpublished poems” and “short tale”. For the sections “unpublished poems”, “Peace poetry” and “short tale” the author declares that the works with which participates at the award are unpublished and production of his own genius. The material received will not be returned in any case.
The award ceremony will take place at Arce, on November 25th 2018 at the Museo Gente di Ciociaria with the presence of municipal and provincial Authorities. The winning poems will be read by Prof. Amedeo of Sora, director of the Theatre Appeso of Frosinone.
Competition participation implies to accept these rules. Participants agree to the treatment, circulation and use of personal data by the organization or third party, for obligations development related to the competition on the basis of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the previous law 675/1996 . The judges’ decision is final.
